A video of a mother using her quick reflexes to save her little son from drowning in a swimming pool has taken Twitter by storm.</p>

Out of sheer curiosity the little boy, who was standing near the pool, decides to jump in at the deep end, but the mother moves in with lightning speed and catches the boy mid-air with merely his feet touching the water. She then pulls him back to the deck and safety.&nbsp;</p>

The footage refers to her as the &ldquo;mother of the year&rdquo; and has garnered&nbsp; over 477,000 views.</p>
