Watch: Microsoft founder Bill Gates making Roti Indian style

Microsoft founder and philanthropist Bill Gates has sprung a surprise on social media as he donned a chef’s role by cooking Indian Roti on a tawa.

A video shared by popular blogger Eitan Bernath shows Bill Gates first taking some flour and mixing it with water to make the dough. He then rolls out the roti and puts it on on the tawa to cook, Gates adds some ghee towards the end and then takes the roti off the tawa when it is fully cooked. He then puts it  on a plate and takes a bite to  relish his cooking skill!

“Bill Gates and I had a blast making Indian Roti together,” wrote the blogger in the post. “I just got back from Bihar.., and women from “Didi Ki Rasoi” canteens who shared their expertise in making Roti,” he added.
