Watch: Man climbs electric pole to save bird stuck in wire

It is heartening to see common people making an effort to save animals and birds. A viral video posted on Twitter and aptly caption ‘Live and let live’, shows a man risking his life in rural India to save a hapless bird which would have otherwise died.

Video:

The footage begins with a man climbing an electric pole without any safety gear and getting hold of the raptor badly entangled in the manja or the thread used for flying kites. He then carefully comes down and gently removes the thread to release the relieved bird.
