Known for posting interesting and inspiring tweets on his handle, industrialist Anand Mahindra has put out a message and video footage on India’s first licenced armless driver Vikram Agnihotri!
Video:

The visual story talks about Agnihotri from Madhya Pradesh’s Indore, who lost both his arms in an electrical accident. That did not deter him, rather made him determined to do everything, including driving, swimming, skating and studying law.
Wanting to get a licence, he prevailed upon the authorities to amend the Motor Vehicle Act which had no provision for double amputees.
Another video shows how he starts the car, puts in gear and drive.
