India captain Sunil Chhetri scored a hattrick in India’s 4-0 victory over Pakistan in the SAFF Championship in Bengaluru on Wednesday.
The video shows Chhetri swiftly charging in to neatly score the first goal as Pakistan’s goalkeeper Saqib Hanif’s bungles with a clearance in the 10th minute of the game.
Six minutes later, Chhetri scored again to give India a 2-0 lead. The Indian captain then won a penalty in the second half after he was badly fouled by a Pakistani player. Chhetri came up with an awesome shot making Hanif dive the wrong way and complete his hattrick.
India then struck again in the last 10 minutes of the match with Udanta Singh scoring a goal to defeat Pakistan 4-0.
