An accident involving a driverless Tesla electric car crashing into a private jet worth around $3.5 million due to a technological fiasco, has gone viral on social media.

The video footage shared on Reddit, shows the Tesla Model Y steadily approaching the Cirrus Vision jet parked on the tarmac after the owner of the electric car sent the vehicle a signal on “Smart Summon” mode to reach the plane from the parking lot. The car is seen banging into the plane and causing it to spin around

The Reddit user claimed the incident took place at an event hosted by aircraft manufacturer Cirrus at Felts Field in Spokane, Washington, according to New Zealand-based media outlet Stuff.
