Watch: Deepika mimics husband Ranveer in Rocky Randhawa role

Bollywood star Ranveer Singh has posted a video of himself and wife Deepika grooving to the What Jhumka song from the recent release Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani.

The video that is gaining traction on social media shows the couple inside a car with Ranveer singing along with What Jhumka playing in the background. Deepika interrupts him saying, “I will do the step.”

As soon as the song ends, Deepika mimics Ranveer quite accurately as he recites his words from the movie in his role as Rocky Randhawa.  Deepika then suddenly breaks into laughter and quips: “Nobody can do it like you do.”

Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani stars Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh as Rani Chatterjee and Rocky Randhawa. The cast also includes Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi.

The movie, directed by Karan Johar, has grossed Rs 45.9 crore in the first weekend after its release on Friday, according to trade analyst Taran Adarsh. Friday ₹ 11.10 crore, Saturday ₹ 16.05 crore, Sunday ₹ 18.75 crore. Total: ₹ 45.90 crore India biz,” he tweeted.
