WATCH: Crane lifting truck out of river in Odisha comes toppling down from bridge

In a horrifying incident at Talcher in Odisha, a crane that was lifting a truck that had fallen into a river below, also fell off the bridge and came crashing down into the water.</p>

The incident took place on Sunday and the video has gone viral on social media.</p>
<p>
Local media reported that two cranes were working on the bridge to lift a truck that had crashed off the bridge into the river. However, as the truck was being lifted up to the bridge, the cable of one of the cranes suddenly snapped and the entire load was placed on the other crane which did not have sufficient power and was pulled down into the river.  </p>
<p>
Fortunately, there were no casualties in the incident as the video footage shows the operator of the crane managing to get out of the cabin and swim to safety.</p>
