The incident happened in AP&rsquo;s Konaseema district where everything has gone pell-mell due to heavy rain and the subsequent flooding. Unable to reach the groom&rsquo;s house by road, the bride and her family used boats to reach the groom&rsquo;s house and complete the rituals.</p>
