Indian cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar has a softer caring side to his nature that is in evidence as he saves an injured seabird that had collapsed at a beach in Mumbai.
The master blaster took to his Instagram handle on Friday to share a video of the incident that has gone viral.
He gently lifts the bird from the beach and then offers it water and food after which he takes it to a vet whose diagnosis reveals that it has an injury on the left leg.
“A little care and affection can go a long way to make our world an even better place!,” Sachin said in the caption to the video.
