Viral Video: Brave dog risks life to save cat friend

Animals have empathy and this is evident when they reach out to help others. An example of this is seen in a video which has gone viral on Twitter which shows a dog trying and managing successfully to save a cat that had fallen in water.

The text with the clip reads: “A dog dives to save his scared cat friend who has fallen into the water.” The footage shows a drowning cat desperately hanging on to save its life. Seeing its plight, a dog tries to help by using its jaws to bring the animal out. When that fails, the dog jumps, risking its life.

The cat then climbs on the dog’s back and manages to come out of the water. The dog also comes out providing a great ending to the rescue mission.
