Big hitting batsman Suryakumar Yadav smashed a century off 49 balls as India defeated New Zealand in the 2nd T20I of the three-match series on Sunday.

Amongst the bowlers Deepak Hooda returned with four wickets as New Zealand fell short of India’s total of 191 by 65 runs.
Suryakumar’s unbeaten 111 is his second second T20I ton, with the first in the format coming earlier this year against England.
Ishan Kishan also came up with an impressive knock of 36 runs off 31 balls.
Team India have gained a 1-0 lead in the three-match series. The first T20I match between New Zealand was cancelled due to the incessant rainfall in Wellington.
