Video: Speeding SUV rams into row of cars, drags scooterist in Delhi’s Karol Bagh

A speeding Toyota Fortuner rammed into a row of six stationary vehicles and dragged a man on a scooter for about 100 metres leaving him severely injured on a crowded road at Delhi’s Karol Bagh on Monday.

CCTV footage of the accident shows a woman standing on the edge of the road as the SUV starts ramming into the parked vehicles taking people by surprise.

The critically injured scooter rider was taken to the BLK Super Speciality Hospital in Rajendra Place, New Delhi, where he is undergoing treatment.

Eyewitnesses said there were two men in the SUV who were drunk. Police have taken the driver along with the vehicle into custody and recovered liquor bottles from the vehicle.
