Master strategist MS Dhoni chalked out a brilliant plan to dismiss Mumbai Indian’s skipper for a duck in the Indian Premier League (IPL) match on Saturday. Dhoni moved up close to the stumps to deter Rohit Sharma from stepping out of the crease to hit the ball in his usual style. The CSK skipper also positioned the third-man fielder inside the circle to exert more pressure.
The plan worked like clockwork as Rohit stayed in his crease and went for a reverse scoop over Dhoni ‘s head only to end up getting caught by Ravindra Jadeja on the third ball he played. Spinner Deepak Chahar was the bowler.
