SRK’s daughter buys Rs 13 crore beachside property near Mumbai

Bollywood megastar Shahrukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan has bought a sprawling Rs 12.91 crore property in Alibaug, a week-end beachside destination for Mumbai’s rich and famous.

Sahana’s property includes three houses and structures built on a sprawling land parcel spread across 1.5 acres. The land is situated in the Thal village area and she has been termed as an “agriculturist” in the registration documents. The site is reported to be adjacent to her father’s sea-facing property which is reported to have a swimming pool and helipad.

Other celebs who have bought property in Alibaug include Virat Kohli and his actress wife Anushka Sharma, Bollywood actor couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, cricket captain Rohit Sharma. Cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar is among the earlier investors in the beach resort near Mumbai.

Sahana’s transaction was registered on June 1 with a stamp duty of Rs 77.46. Registration documents accessed and shared by IndexTap.com showed that the purchase involved 1.5-acres of agricultural land along with 2,218 sq ft of structures.

She will make her acting debut with Zoya Akhtar’s Indian adaptation of the famous Archie comics to be released on Netflix.
