Proud of her DSP Son, Mother salutes him!

It was a virtual repeat of what took place earlier this month when Diksha, an engineering graduate passed out as an Assistant Commandant in Indo-Tibetan Border Police, was saluted by her father, Kamlesh Kumar, who is an Inspector in ITBP. The only change, this time, was that Aravalli Deputy Superintendent of Police Vishal Rabari was saluted by her mother Madhuben Rabari, who is an officer in the force and is currently posted as Assistant Sub-Inspector.

Like all parents whose greatest satisfaction lies in their children doing better than them in life, happiness was writ large over the cop mother’s face when she saluted her DSP son during a national day celebrations. The event took place in Junagadh in Gujarat at the State-level Independence Day celebrations in Junagadh when son and mother crossed each other's paths, Madhuben saluted Vishal who was on duty as parade commander.

The photo went viral as it depicted Madhuben saluting Vishal and it was shared by the Gujarat Public Service Commission Chairman, Dinesh Dasa on Twitter. He wrote: “What could have been the most satisfying moment for an ASI mother to see her Dy.SP son, @vishal__Rabari, stand before her reciprocating her salute bundled with years of commitment and dedicated motherhood with sheer love…!!
