<strong>Life is full of inspiring stories if one cares to check them out. Like for instance the one shared by Shrikant Madhav Vaidya, the Indian Oil Corporation Chairman.</strong></p>

On his Twitter, Vaidya shared a post on October 6 (Wednesday), appreciating a petrol pump attendant&rsquo;s daughter, who has made it to one of India&rsquo;s top institutions for higher education. He was referring to Arya Rajagopalan, who is the daughter of a customer attendant at one of Indian Oil&rsquo;s petrol stations in Kerala. She has secured admission to Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.</p>

Vaidya on his Twitter wrote: &quot;Let me share an inspiring story of Arya, daughter of #IndianOil&#39;s customer attendant Mr. Rajagopalan. Arya has made us proud by securing entry in IIT Kanpur. &quot;All the best and way to go Arya!&quot; the chairman of Indian Oil tweeted Wednesday.&rdquo;</p>

Along with his post, he also shared the picture of the father and daughter standing at the very petrol pump where Rajagopalan has been working for the last 15 years.</p>

Going viral, the post garnered likes in thousands and was also appreciated by several people, both prominent personalities and common people.</p>

Wishing Arya well, Union Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas Hardeep Singh Puri said: &quot;Arya Rajagopal has done her father Sh Rajagopal Ji &amp; indeed all of us associated with the country&#39;s energy sector immensely proud,&quot; he wrote.</p>

Everyone praised Arya and congratulated her while wishing her the very best.</p>

In a report in the Republic, it was stated that Arya had secured MTech from IIT Kanpur. On being asked what he expected from his daughter he said: &quot;I would be wonderful if my daughter gets placed in Indian Oil Corporation, the same company I worked for since 2005.&rdquo;</p>
