The final feature-length episode will portray the mission’s flight to space and their eventual return to Earth. This will also include footage from inside the Crew Dragon spacecraft. Although no date has been announced for the finale but it is expected to be streamed somewhere late in September as engadget.com’s report.

The flight – private one – is being financed by Isaacman, a billionaire and Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Shift4 Payments, a payment processor.

Isaacman will be accompanied on this flight by Hayley Arceneaux, a physician assistant at St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital and a paediatric bone cancer survivor; Christopher Sembroski, a Lockheed Martin engineer and Air Force veteran; and professor of geoscience Sian Proctor.

Isaacman and his crew will go to orbit in a SpaceX Crew Dragon spacecraft and a Falcon 9 rocket. The Dragon is being customised for this mission as the docking mechanism will be replaced with a transparent glass dome. This will enable the crew to witness some fantastic views. Large enough to fit one passenger, the dome will open once the spacecraft has safely exited the atmosphere of the Earth.
