Famous bodybuilder dies at 30, fitness world shocked

Famous bodybuilder and social media fitness influencer Jo Lindner has died at the age of 30 after suffering an aneurysm, sending shock waves in the fitness industry.

According to the American Heart Association aneurysm occurs when part of an artery wall weakens, allowing it to abnormally balloon out or widen.

His girlfriend Nicha who was with him when he passed away has confirmed his death on Instagram.

She wrote: ‘Yesterday he passed away by aneurysm. I was there with him in the room.. this is just happening too fast.. 3 days ago he kept saying that he pain his neck .. we do not really realize it… until it too late. [sic]

The German fitness influencer had 8.5 Instagram followers, and his videos had almost 500 million views on his YouTube channel, according to media reports.

Lindner’s last post on social media talked about his fitness levels after taking a year off of intensive bodybuilding.

Earlier in June, in an interview for an episode of fellow YouTuber Bradley Martyn’s “Raw Talk,” he revealed he had a condition known as rippling muscle disease. That causes muscles to be overly sensitive to movement or pressure. “Technically, it’s a cramp,” he told Martyn.

The Metro reported that Lindner had been living in Thailand in recent years. The bodybuilder also shared videos to his 940,000 subscribers of his workout tips, as well as his diet.

According to the US government’s Genetic and Rare Diseases Information Centre (GARD) rippling muscle disease is a rare neuromuscular disorder characterised by muscle hyperirritability triggered by stretch, percussion or movement.
