All of us know that biscuits can only be put to one use and that is eating and enjoying. Wait, as a Kerala artist, has done something extraordinary with these goodies!

Suresh PK, who is fondly called as “DaVinci Suresh” by his admirers and followers, gave a unusual twist to biscuits as he created the mascot of Theyyam from them and also other bakery products.

A popular ritual form of dance worship, Theyyam, is popular in Kerala and Karnataka. The dance form includes traditions, customs and rituals which go back to several thousands years.

This piece of artwork was put up in Kannur, Kerala, in a bakery. Suresh got a number of tables arranged in the middle of a hall to display his work. Taking to Instagram, he shared that he had used 25,000 biscuits of various sizes, colours and shapes to make the mascot.

This artwork is Suresh's 79th and he took nearly 15 hours to complete it.

Sharing details with the media, Suresh said: "This art form has been created in 'Bake Story' bakery. The artwork is 24 feet in length. It took me 15 hours to complete the work. Many friends from the bakery helped me to complete this.”

Suresh was invited by Bake Story bakery’s Chef Muhammad Rashid to make the art piece at his bakery. "We have invited DaVinci Suresh, who made the artwork of North Malabar's traditional art form Theyyam using bakery items. Bake Story bakery from Kannur also became part of DaVinci Suresh's 100 medium plan.”

All the bakery items used in creating this 24-foot-long piece were later handed over to a veterinary farm for biodegradation.

Suresh, according to a report in Times Now, had earlier created portraits of actors such as Rajinikanth, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Fahadh Fassil and many more. In the past, he painted billboards and hoardings along with his brother in Thrissur, Kerala.
