Caught on camera: Minor boy shoots man in the face on Delhi street and runs away

A 36-year-old man was shot in the face allegedly by a juvenile from point blank range  with a pistol in Delhi's Jahangirpuri area on Friday evening . Four juveniles have been arrested in connection with the incident, police said today.</p>

The victim Javed sustained a bullet injury pistol in his right eye and has been hospitalised,  a  police official.</p>
<p>
Javed  said that around 4:45 pm, he was near the park in his neighbourhood when three minor boys known to him came there and one of them fired a country-made pistol at his face , Deputy Commissioner of Police , Delhi (northwest) Usha Rangnani said.</p>
<p>
Javed had reportedly beaten up the father of one of the boys and he along with his friends had decided to take revenge against the "humiliation."</p>
