Bank of Baroda which had put up for sale Gadar 2 actor Sunny Deol’s bungalow in Mumbai’s prime Juhu locality to recover a Rs 56 crore loan has now withdrawn its e-auction notice.

In an updated statement issued on Monday, the bank cited “technical reasons” for the withdrawal of the e-auction notice.

On its second Sunday after release, ‘Gadar 2’ earned a whopping Rs 41 crore in India taking the total box office collection Rs 377.20 crore.

Sunny Deol’s representative had said after the e-auction notice was issued that the actor was in the process of resolving the issue with the bank.
