Manufactured 91 years ago, this Albion bus formed a part of the fleet of the Nizam State Rail and Road Transport Department which had 27 other such buses. They were used as public transport vehicles by the Nizam Government ruling Hyderabad kingdom. Apart from the buses the department also operated Nizam’s Guaranteed State Railway.

The bus is attracting both commuters and visitors in droves who are eager to know about the history of road transport. There is a selfie spot too to allow people to click photos of the bus.

There are only two such buses in the State. The other one is kept in the Road Transport Corporation’s headquarters in Hyderabad.
