The Border Roads Organization took to Twitter to share a video of vehicular movement at Zojilla Pass at freezing temperatures of -27 degrees Celsius.

Second day of 2022 witnessed passing of 72 Vehicles across the Pass first time ever.
This stupendous feat could only be achieved owing to the daunting courage of Karmyogis who stood their ground despite all odds.

The high mountain pass is the only link between Leh in Ladakah and Srinagar and is being kept open despite heavy snow and the harsh climate by the sheer grit of BRO personnel. For the first time ever as many as 22 vehicles passed through the pass on Jan 2.
